Coffee rush starts at 7am as the space fills with the smell of freshly baked pastries. The daily changing muffins, coffeecakes, chocolate-filled croissants, brownies and jumbo chocolate chip cookies are balanced by the low-carb assiago cheese and whole wheat bagels (also available as a breakfast sandwiches).

There are no time limits or purchase requirements set for lounging with laptops or books. The space is designed to accommodate everyone - out of town guests eager for their internet-fix (terminals available), a casual meal at one of the banquets, a seat at the bar, a table by the window, or a more relaxed leisurely break on one of the many leather couches.

Lunch time. The hustle and bustle of shopping breaks, academy of art students cramming for the next mid-term, to-go orders, or casual business lunches. The menu includes salads and sandwiches made to order. Short of growing the vegetables, everything from the foccacia bread to the salad dressings is made in house.
